He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Belcher and Elizabeth Belcher (Sanders); his wife Kathleen Belcher (Cates); and his siblings, Wilma Belcher, Sarah Lewis, Elsie Belcher, Laveda Boner, Marvin Belcher, Pervis Belcher, Julian Belcher and Donald Belcher.
He is survived by: his children, Ikey Belcher, Jr. (Garie) and Pamela "Jeannie" Breen (Robbie "Bob"); and his grandsons, Quentin Belcher, Wesley McKannan, Steven Breen, Wyatt Breen, Hunter Breen and Jason Beadles. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
