He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carl and Ruth Ella Tolbert (Whittington); his daughter Janice Tolbert Hartman; and his siblings, Jennie "Pudd" Tolbert, Bertis and Roy "Quig" Tolbert.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Tolbert (Krug) of Hazleton; his son Bryan Tolbert (Michele) of Giro; his grandchildren, Bryanne Parker (Logan), Jonathan Tolbert (Olivia), Devan Lambert, Jessi Worthington (Aaron) and Mitch Richardson (Brandy); and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Kash, Jax, Roman, Makenlie, Grace, Layne, May, Riley, Parker, Levi and Dylan.
