She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlin Ison and Patricia Ison Sr. (McCarthy). She is survived by: her children, Zachary Schweller of Savannah, GA and Holland Schweller of Battle Creek, MI; her significant other James Hoffman; her stepsons, Trevor Hoffman and Justin Hoffman; her brothers, Harlin Ison Jr. (Sandra), Raymond Ison (Maria) and James Ison; and her nieces and nephews, Joel Ison (McKenna), Andrew Ison, Samantha Follmer (Andy), Zoie Ison, Zander Ison, Chase Ison, Michael Schweller (Samantha), Tabatha Schweller, Ryan Schweller and Allison Taylor (Mason). She is also survived by mother to her children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any humanitarian aid relief charity of the donor's choice.
