Though Donna Kay may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hamstra and Susie Hamstra (DeYoung); and her siblings, Brenda and Mike Hamstra. She is survived by: her husband Mark Zuchowski; her children, Kevin Zuchowski (Shelley) and Pam Van Schouwen (Mike); her brother Alvin Hamstra (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Bruce Zuchowski (Diana). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Service of DeMotte (200 3rd St SW, De Motte, IN 46310). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
