She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holka and Mary Holka; her daughter Luanne; and her brother John Holka. She is survived by: her husband William Hylek; her children, Keith Hylek (Karen), Melissa Hylek and Brian Hylek (Amy); her grandchildren, Helen O'Malley (Justin), George (Kristin), Evan, Emma, Ella, Elana and Elyn Hylek; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Kyriaki, Keith and John.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Martha's name to Smile Train or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
