He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevelyn Fields and Herman Fields. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Fields; his children, Tammy Hamby (Tim), Monica Bland and Scott Fields (Sara); his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily, Vanessa, Kamryn, Kylee, Colton, Hope, Blake, Sadie, Lauryn and Olivia; and his sister Becky Wade. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
