She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald L. Burke; her daughter Debra Zanellato; her parents, Jennings Cox and Mishie Cox; and her sister Martha Gibson-Gruber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Biggs (Dan) and Kimberly Burke; and her grandchildren, Kyle LoGreco (Megan), Katie Highsmith (Ryan), Jonathan Zanellato (Maria), Rebecca Collet (Thomas) and Anna Zanellato. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Shirlene's name to Hillside Community Church.
