He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Warren Riggs and Leona "Lee" Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Riggs; his children, Emily Tumey (Jeremy), Michelle Alas and Nick Riggs (Bree); and his brothers, Glenn Riggs (Sally), Peter Riggs (Julie), Paul Riggs (Betty) and Daniel Riggs (Michelle). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
