She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Spires and Lucille Spires (Byrd); her husband Morris "Chet" Shively; her stepson Ricky M. Shively; and her siblings, Jack, Louis Spires, Louise Fox and Angela Spires.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy J. Parker (Brandy) of Washington, Harold T. "Todd" Parker (Jessica) of Tennessee and John B. "Brad" Parker (Sandra) of North Carolina; her stepsons, Timothy J. Shively of Florida and Lee A. "Andy" (Margie) of Kentucky; her daughter-in-law Debra Shively; and her sister Marsha Kirkman (Vern) of Orleans. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
