She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Hodges and Delphia Hodges; her husband Frederick "Fred" Fender; her daughter Rebecca Washel; and her brother David Hodges.
She is survived by : her daughters, Theresa Hargis (Daniel) and Vicky Mullins (Art); her grandchildren, Carrie Sowder (Mark Mitchell), Josh Washel, Jeremy New (Jessica), Zachary New Marshall Mullins (Jessica), John Mullins, Arthur Mullins III, Eli Hargis and Bruce Dillman; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Tiffany Sowder, Gracie New, Zane New, Norah New, Gavin New, Hudson New, Aurora New, Ian New, Logan Honeycutt, Sophia Mullins, Mason Mullins and Ethan Mullins; her brothers, Jerry Hodges and Michael Hodges (Bobbie); and her friends, Vicky Butcher, Marilyn Mullins and Patty Payne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
