With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Frederick Scholl of Henryville, Indiana, born in Memphis, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scholl and C. Allyne Scholl (Bower); his siblings, Emma Belle Scholl, Martin Andrew Scholl, Kenneth Scholl, Norman Scholl, Carl Scholl, Eva Scholl DeMoss, Dorothea Scholl Park and Mary Scholl Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Clayton Paul and Kenton Brooks Bowling.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Scholl (Montgomery); his sons, David J. Scholl (Pam Shelton) of Henryville, IN, Paul D. Scholl (Dutsadee) of Henryville, IN and Dwight E. Scholl (Heather) of Jeffersonville, IN; his grandchildren, Laura Pellman (Roger) of Elizabeth, IN, Kayla Hamlin (Mitchell) of Memphis, IN, Nissi Scholl (Bret Stuart) of Bellevue, NE, Megan Scholl (Eric Sanders) of Memphis, IN and Marni Scholl; his great grandchildren, Ashleigh Jarrett, Karter Scholl and Oaklyn Hamlin; and his siblings, Arnold Scholl (Marlene), Frank Scholl (Vickie), Charles Scholl (Marsha) of New Albany, IN, Lois Bryant (Ben) of Alton, IN, James Scholl, Richard Scholl and Betty Williams. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in honor of David may be donated to Alzheimer's Association or SouthernCare Hospice.
