He is survived by: his children, Brandon Heim (Lauren) of Coconut Creek, Jessica Abbott (Stephen) of Henryville and Nicole Heim of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lauren Jacob, Bailey Bowser, Lillian Horton, Brittany Long (Matt), Samantha Abbott, Ethan Heim, Nicholas Heim and Emma Heim; his great grandchildren, Damian Patterson, Hazel Patterson and Jaxson Jarrell; and his brothers, Tom Heim (Pat) and Ken Heim (Bonnie).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Forest Grove Cemetery.
