He is survived by: his son Alan Jr.; his siblings, Lois Tingeloff, Faith Rees, Fern Riddle and Philip Olson; his wife Arlene (Goerner); his children, Charles Olson (Ellen), Christine Ross (Wendell), Beverly Smith and Patricia Olson (Charles "Chuck" Rudick); his siblings-in-law, George, Les Goerner and Sandra Olson; John David Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
