He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Klosak; and his parents, Andrew Klosak and Jean Klosak. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Magiera (Steve), Jackie Mullany, Andy Klosak (Kim) and Michelle Jones (AJ); his grandchildren, Megan Magiera, Lauren Harris (Kurtis), Lindsey Puckett (Randy), Sean, Erin Mullany, Kaleigh Klosak, Austin, Gillian and Andrew Jones; his great grandchild Hadley Harris; and his sister Eileen Costino (late Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and dear friends.
