She was predeceased by: her husband William Hook; her parents, Paul Schmitt and Opal Schmitt; and her siblings, Sondra Kish and Ronald Schmitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Moore (Chuck) and Amy Clark (Paul); and her grandchildren, Kameryn, Kayley, Carter, Evan and Owen.
