He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Lapacek; and his sister Rebecca Lapacek. He is survived by: his father George Lapacek; his son Adam Lapacek; his significant other Keri Childress; his brother Mike Lapacek (Jackie); and his nieces, Kelsy and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
