He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Martin; his brother Thomas; and his grandson Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Joan Asche; his children, Tina Cash (Jerry), Terri Asche, Rick Asche (Stefanee) and Kristy Ball (Tony); his grandchildren, Keenan Asche (Desiree), Julia Cluver, Keon Ball (Santana), Krystian Ball, Kyleah Sturgill (Mike), Broden Sturgill, Malaia, Warren and Meadow; and his sisters, Teri Asche and Cheryl Asche.
