He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Leep (Cripe); his children, William E. Leep, Beverly Leep-Burgess (Kevin) and Linda (Leep); his grandchildren, Kasey Mooney, Katie Drake (Mooney), Kimee Mooney, Keith Burgess, Kaitlyn Leep and Savanna Leep; and his siblings, Sarah Leep, Edward Leep, Jerald Leep (Joanne) and Nicholas Leep (Bev).
