She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Schoon; her sons, Randall and Gerald Schoon; her daughter-in-law Linda Schoon; and her granddaughter Jennifer Schoon.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Schoon (René), Tom Schoon (Dianne) and Tim Schoon (late Nancy Schoon); her grandchildren, Janet Morris, Michael Schoon (Stacy), Dan Schoon, David Schoon (Lisa), Nicole Smit (Jason), Mark Schoon (Amanda), Sarah Sprouse (Shawn), Nicholas Schoon (Claudia), Matthew Schoon (Ashley) and Andrew Schoon; her great grandchildren, Taylor Morris, Jordan, Conner Schoon, Noelle, Bethany, Miranda Schoon, Lainey, Bryson Schoon, Ari, Leo, Saya Smit, Andre Schoon, Isabelle and Lucas Schoon; her great great grandchildren, Sophia, Stella and Sylvie Schoon; and her pet Oscar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations preferred to Highland Christian School.
