He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Kubisz and Eileen "Cookie" Kubisz. He is survived by: his children, Julia D'Attilio (Bill) and Philip Kubisz (Zayne); and his siblings, Christopher Kubisz (Betsy) and Susan Murovic (Joe).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
