He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Tarbox and Wilma F. Russell Tarbox; and his siblings, Charles Tarbox and Patricia Tarbox. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Comstock; his children, Raymond C. Tarbox (Paula) of Jonesville, NC and Melynda M. Langworthy (Dale) of Olean; his grandchildren, Ryen, Trever, Shaine (Katie) and Conner; his great grandchildren, Kyliegh, Kaleigha, Braelynn and Bentley; and his sister Mary J. Menter of Olean.
