“Very very sad to hear the news of one of my very close friend passing away he will be missed. I have known Joe since the 1980s we use to go fishing , Country Dancing , and have some of the holidays together. He was almost like a second brother to me . I tried to call him at least once a week at his home in Indiana. I have also informed those I know who knew Joe and many have said the same that he was a good friend and they to will miss him..”
