He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Hernandez (Rodriguez); his daughter Maria; and his parents, Sylvester Hernandez and Gertrude Hernandez. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Cavazos (Robert) and Diana Dominguez (Angel); his grandchildren, Anthony Hernandez (Venessa), Rudy Hernandez (Shannon), Christina Rodriguez (Daniel), Aaron Cavazos (Taree), Matthew Cavazos, Sarah Cavazos, Joshua Cavazos, Andrew Cavazos and Catherine Cavazos; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jason, Louie, James Julian (J. J.), Daniel (D. J.), Dominic and Sutton.
