She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Steve "Boots", Ann Mihalso, Adam and Florence Lukasik. She is survived by: her husband Scott; her parents, Ken Lukasik and Carol Lukasik (Mihalso); her sibling Jen Klapak (Edward); her uncles, Stephen Mihalso and Richard Lukasik; her mother-in-law Delores Lauerman; her siblings-in-law, Mark, Tim (Pauline), Tom Lauerman and Deb Recker; and also Reagan Klapak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
