He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence VanTil and Karilyn VanTil; and his brother Donald VanTil. He is survived by: his wife Joan VanTil; his children, Angela Bitell (Eric) and John Artibey (Katelyn Schuster); his grandchildren, Gracie and Easton Artibey; his siblings, Gerald VanTil and Thomas VanTil (Renee); his sister-in-law Kathy VanTil (Peter Storozuk); his nieces and nephews, Christin Radtke (James Varholdt), Brittany Crider, Matthew VanTil (Marissa), Brian Van Til (Dominique Meilinger), Michael VanTil (Marissa) and Jordan VanTil; and his friend Joey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322).
