She is survived by: her friend Ed's; her children, Bruce Peterson (Mary), James Peterson (Paulette) and Susan Stachler (Kenneth); her grandchildren, John Stachler (Donna), Katie Stachler, Quinn Peterson, Qaitlin Merrit (Ben), Brent Peterson and April Brown (Justin); her great grandchildren, Jakob, Connor Stachler, Harper, Willow Brown and Zosia Merrit; Irene. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
During the isolation of the pandemic, Lorraine explored her family ancestry that led to her becoming a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
