With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Lewis (Highland, Indiana), born in Atwood, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Marvin Lewis (Rooster); her parents, Carl Cash and Katie Cash; and her siblings, Wayne Cash, John Cash (Barbara), Chet Cash, Bill Cash (Jo), Mary Harris (Junior) and Peggy Carter (Ted).
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Austgen (Don) and Donna Skorupa; her grandchildren, Steve Austgen (Dianna) and Jennifer Szczudlak (Eric); her great grandchildren, Angelica Camacho, Steven Austgen Jr., Colin Szczudlak and Laney Szczudlak; her great great grandchild Winston Gonzalez; her brother Harry Cash (Carol); her sister-in-law Jean Cash; and her spouse Rooster Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations would be greatly appreciated.
