We bid farewell to Mark Bauer (Highland, Indiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 4, 2025 at the age of 63. Mark touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Bauer Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joan Bauer; his siblings, Sherrie Hixson (Ken), Richard Bauer Jr. (Candy), Daryl Bauer (Eileen), Darlene Johnsen (Jim), Jori Cain (late Danny) and Krista Acke (Mike); his children, Bryan Bauer, Troy Bauer, Wesley Bauer (Michelle), Alex Bauer and Juliana Monk; his grandchildren, Aniya, Adriana, Alexa, Anessa, Quinn, Trevor and Maddyn; and his siblings' children, Austin "Bubba", Harley Cain, Jessica Acke, Meg Radford (Devin) and Chelle Acke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322).
In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover funeral expenses are appreciated or donate to American Foundation For Suicide Prevention in honor of Mark.
