She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Haack and Daisy Ellen Haack; her siblings, Dr. Debra Polster (Steven), Dr. Bradley Haack (Edee) and Edward Haack (Stacey); her nephews, Lucas Polster (Vanessa), Dr. Nicholas Polster (Laura Fischer), Tyler, Thomas, Jacob and Ryan; her niece Maya Haack; and her great-niece Aria (Polster). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
