She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Ortman and Harry Ortman; her son Michael Rapchak, Jr.; and her siblings, Thelma Rose of Hammond, Pearl Lewis of Hammond, Alva of Suttons Bay, MI, Nelson of Munster, Harold of Gary, Robert of Rensselaer and Richard of Highland.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Rapchak of New York City, Laura Rapchak of Highland, Lawrence Rapchak (Celeste) of Whiting and Philip Rapchak of Whiting; her grandsons, Michael Rapchak and Robert Rapchak; her son Many; and her pet CJ. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren.
