Patricia Alice Kingen Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Alice Kingen of Highland, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Morton and Lillie Belle Morton; her brothers, Jay McDonald (late Madge), Bill Bannon, Clarence Morton (late Elsie), Don Morton (late Dee) and Jim Morton (late Ann); and her sister-in-law Mary Bannon.

She is survived by: her husband David Kingen; her children, Jim Kingen (Jill) of Denver, CO and Danielle Churilla (late Don) of Dyer, IN.; her grandchildren, Sydney, Gavin Churilla, Grace and Josh Kingen; her sister Barbara Morton; and her sister-in-law Karen Carmody (Lee).

In honor of Pat's late son-in-law, Don, donations to her granddaughter's fundraiser (https://give.abta.org) benefitting the American Brain Tumor Association would be appreciated.
