He is survived by: his parents, Ken Conley and Audrey Conley; his daughter Samantha Conley; his sister Melanie Cartwright (Steve); his siblings' children, Margaret and Kyle; his great-nephew Kaleb; his great-niece Lily; his sister Michelle Blount (David); and his siblings' children, Ryan and Alana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
