He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Offord and Fay E. Offord; and his siblings, Dorothy Sloffer, Joanna Hendenlang and Donald A. Offord (Ralph Offord).
He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Offord of Fort Wayne, IN; and his children, Terry Bolak (Kevin) of Muskegon, MI, Lori Lierman (Paul) of Huntington, IN, Malinda Flanagan of Boynton Beach, FL and Rhonda Harp (Lloyd) of Lebanon, IN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in his honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
