She is survived by: her husband James Blade; her daughters, Rebekah Thompson and Kayla Blade; her granddaughters, Makenzie and Sydni Gizynski; her siblings, Leeann Rodriguez (Bob) and Marc DuVall (Terri); her close friends, Debbie Holman (Paul), Bridget Hennessy and Jackie Morrow; and also Lifelong.
