He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Kish and Deanna Reffkin; his children, Tracy, Daniel (Sylvia), Brenda Swibes (John), Maureen and Brian Burns (Carolina); his grandchildren, Sean Swibes (Kally), Rebecca Hart (Patrick), Catherine Cilek, Henry Cilek (Kaitlin), Sheila Swibes, Nico Hernandez, Tommy Burns and Sofia Burns; and his great grandchildren, John Swibes, Rory Hart, Sinéad Hart, Patrick Swibes and Connell Hart.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burns Kish Funeral Home (8415 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321).
