He is survived by: his wife Darlene Gervase; his children, Thomas Gervase, Daniel Gervase (Jennifer) and Todd Gervase (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Thomas, Casey, Camryn, Daniel, Todd and Evey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
