He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holinga Katona; his brother-in-law George Holinga (Karen); his brother George Katona (Sue); his sibling's children, Julie, Andrea, Beth, Mary, Lynn, George Jr., Jimmy, Phil, Mark and Matt; his great-nieces, Caroline, Madeleine and Alexandra; and his close friend Andrew (Peggy Holinga). He is also survived by married the love of his life and the sister.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (3025 Highway Ave, Highland, IN 46322).
