He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Silvas; his children, Marie Parks (Boyd) and Joseph Silvas; his grandchildren, Jessica Brown (Michael), Victoria Lemmon, Kelsey Silvas and Nicholas Salazar; his great grandchildren, Michael Brown Jr. and Zachary Brown; his siblings, Tomas Silvas, Isabel Vela, Adolfo Silvas and Hector Avalos; and his friend Adele. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
