He was predeceased by: his wife Jeoritta "Midge" Hudak; his siblings, Jerry Hudak and Nancy Faberardino; and his parents, Josephine Vazny and Vincent M. Hudak, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Miller, Donna Hudak, Michael Hudak, David Venzke (Marcia) and Jeanne Petty; his grandchildren, Cassie Ruttledge (Charles), Jaci Venzke, Deanna Venzke, David Venzke, Jamie Daniel (Justin), Luke Petty and Ben Petty (Joni); his great grandchildren, Kaden Ruttledge, Alyssa Ruttledge, William Ruttledge, Grayson Epling, Colton Epling, Jillian Daniel, Jayden Daniel, Audrey Petty, Harland Petty, Hudson Petty and Hayze Petty; his niece Irma Faberardino; his nephew Lucio Faberardino; and his siblings, Clifford Hudak, Howard Hudak and Janine Hudak. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
