He was predeceased by: his wife Mylane Baldin; his parents, Albino Baldin and Maria Baldin; his brother Gino Baldin (Lynda); and his niece Marie.

He is survived by: his sister Francis Wozniakowski (Theodore); his nephew Theodore Jr.; his nieces, Louisa and Cherree Leffel (Brent); his great-niece Ava; his great-nephew Daniel; his nephew Terry Baldin (Darci); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Derek and Trever; his nephew John Baldin (Jo Ann); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gianna, Brooklyn and Britni (Roy Rodriguez).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
