He is survived by: his mother Opal McIntosh; his sister Carolyn Venable (Scott Lentz); his son William "Andy" McIntosh (Torious); his grandchildren, Maycee, Olivia and Colton McIntosh; his son Joshua McIntosh (Leigh); his granddaughter Claire McIntosh; his daughter Tiffany Hancock; his grandchildren, Amaya Christian and Kamden Hancock; his close friend Brett Phipps; and his niece Abigail Venable Morse (Connor).
