He is survived by: his children, Mike Dowler of Hoagland, Indiana, Sandi Selking (Luke) of Hoagland, Indiana and Paul Dowler (Karen) of Crawfordsville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Danny Dowler (Alyssa), Casey Clindaniel (Marcus), Jennifer Dowler, Heidi Bush (Zach), Courtney Stack (Scott), Grant Selking (Sarah), Nathan Dowler (Kristy), Andrew Dowler and Jessica Dowler; and his great grandchildren, Laine Clindaniel, Calvin Clindaniel, Levi Dowler, Carter Bush, Ryan Selking, Karlie Selking, Evy Stack, Wes Stack, Connor Dowler, Addisyn Dowler and Hadley Dowler.
Preferred memorials are to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Soest.
