Ruby L. Palmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby L. Palmer of Hoagland, Indiana, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell A. Fisher and Blanche Fisher (Becker); her husband Roger Ray O. Hinkle; her daughter Jennifer Lockhart; her siblings, Nancy J. Handy, Esther Handy, Eleanor Cornelius, Miriam Cromer and Eugene Fisher; her stepsons, Trey D. Hinkle and Trapper Hinkle; and her great grandchild Marcel Lichtsinn.
She is survived by: her daughter Julia Doughman (Dan) of Hoagland, IN; and her stepdaughter Jolene Bookmiller (Zeb) of Logansport, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
