She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ford and Harriet Ford (Jeremiah); her son Joseph Matthew Urban; and her siblings, David Ford and Barbara Bartley.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Milner of Hobart; her children, Sherry Brown (Bill) of South Bend, Charles Urban (Kathleen) of Tallahassee, FL and Mark Urban (Sandy) of Argyle, TX; her daughter-in-law Heather Urban of Denver, CO.; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher, Tyler, Eric, Andrew, Mark Jr., Hailey, Luke, Jake and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Noah and Greyson; and her sister Janet Arnold. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
