He was predeceased by : his father Craig Mackall; and his grandfathers, Terry Mackall and Wendell Northcutt. He is survived by : his mother Linda Mackall (Webber); his siblings, Tim Bennett (Jodie), Nick Mackall, Katherine Rice (Sean), Keith Mackall and Gary Nava (Tasha); and his grandparents, Bill Webber (Nancy), Joyce Northcutt and Donna Ziegler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.
