He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Knight and Vera Knight; and his former wife Mary A. Knight. He is survived by: his children, John Knight (Jennifer Dunn-Knight) and Bridget Knight; his grandson Rowan Knight; and his fiancée Pamela Petkovich McGrew.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
