She was predeceased by: her father J. D. Patrick. She is survived by: her mother Anola Jean Kettwig of Portage, IN; her sisters, Diane Sue Ferris (Todd) of Valparaiso, IN and Crystal Lee Patrick of Portage, IN; and her siblings' children, Todd Ferris Jr. (Brittany) and Brooklynn Ferris.
