He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Smith and Lois Smith (Poole). He is survived by: his children, Derek Smith (Jody-Anne), Mitchell Smith (Mary), Meghan Smith (Ritzi Yanez Vale) and Savannah Pitts; his brothers, David Smith (Phyllis) and Dustin Smith (Donna); and his friend John Stevens. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, niece, nephew, great nephew and other loving family and friends.
