She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lozinski (Nancy) of Jensen Beach, FL, Christine Kulavick of Hobart, IN and Jeff Lozinski (Lisa) of Libertyville, IL; her grandchildren, Amy, Dawn, Duncan, Blake, Kyle, Grace and Henry; and her close friend Teresa Kruszynski. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Elaine's name to VNA Hospice.
