He is survived by : his wife Theresa Pietrzak; his daughters, Wendy Green (Carson), Gwendolyn Bauer (Derrick) and Dawn Vanbuskirk (Derek); his grandchildren, Jonathan Weikel, Gus, Mark Green, Henrik, Amelia Bauer, Peter, Patrick and Phillip Vanbuskirk; his sister Marcia O'Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Wanda Swantko.
